4. Professional Services
Professional services include legal consultations, contract drafting, and representation related to real estate transactions. All engagement details will be outlined in a separate agreement.
5. Digital Information Products
Digital products include guides, templates, and online training materials delivered electronically. Access is granted via download links or member area access.
6. Physical Goods
Physical goods include printed materials and branded merchandise shipped to your address.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Services
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of booking, provided no substantial work has begun.
- If work has commenced, services are non-refundable; however, you may request to reschedule remaining sessions once at no additional cost.
- All approved refunds are processed within five business days via the original payment channel.
7.2 Digital Information Products
- Due to the instant-delivery nature, digital products are non-refundable once access credentials or download links have been sent.
7.3 Physical Goods
- Products may be sent back in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping back is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.
- Approved refunds are processed within five business days of receipt of sent-back goods and processed through the original payment channel.
8. Amendments
RealtorJuris reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at realtorjuris.info and take effect on publication.
